Our Working Flow

Raw SBR, SCR, CR neoprene materials are sliced into rquired thickness like 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm...above 12mm. Black and white SBR, SCR, CR sponges are available.

Optional Treatment Small holes can be punched in only the sponge, and also the laminated sponges, all depending on customers' requirements. It's also called airprene. Patterned skin/ shark skin popular.

Laminated neoprene are cutted into required size, often 51'' x 130'', 54'' x 130'', and also 1.4m x 50-52.5m per plate. Now they can be packed as rolls and inquired by customers already.
